They are very demanding on themselves and will not settle for anything less than perfection.

Yellows live to solve problems in order to create better systems and procedures. In fact, the more complicated the challenge, the better. Yellows pride themselves on their problem-solving skills and realize that identifying the problem is only half of the equation—finding the best solution is the other half.
